As a creator and explorer, I often get fascinated by things around me and start collecting them. My motive of collecting various types of things ranges from fun to its design elements, to innovativeness, to fear of it might getting lost someday and people might not know about it, and to it being just interesting (no other reason at all). Over the years my list of collections has included, stones, shells, different colours of leaves, anything which is yellow, gladiator sandals (collected more than 2500 pictures of different designs), shoes, matchboxes, dead insects, brooms, McDonald toys, traditional toys and natural packaging materials. Some of them are well documented and some just faded away with me growing up and then shifting to places. Few of the collectable had good statistic which made me feel proud like I had 1356 different types and colours of stones which I collected from the sand from the construction site (not from the beach). Sadly the collection became so heavy and difficult to keep that it all went into the cactus plant’s pot and died there. Second, I had collected 233 different colour leaves, so mind you all leaves are not just green. My shoe collection goes to 100+ pairs, matchbox collection is 2000+ (haven’t done the recent count), dead insects 20+ (I find them dead never killed them for collection), 10 brooms from different states. I regret not having the idea and resources to document some of these collections, but now when I do I don’t want to waste it.
